Pending lesson requests

A selected time remains pending until Gerri confirms it. The private link in the booking email shows the current status and allows the client to cancel the request.

Confirmed lessons

Clients may use the same private link to submit a cancellation. Gerri is notified automatically. Rescheduling is handled by choosing another available time or contacting the studio.

Studio communication

Any payment, Zoom, or special scheduling arrangements are communicated directly by Gerri. Specific notice requirements can be added after the studio finalizes them.
